Do you feel excited or nervous on your first date?

Most women are doing different things when it comes to their first dating. There are those who are excited and do put too much preparations on their self grooming like going to the parlor for a change in hair cut or hair color and putting makeup to change their looks. Sometimes they are going to the salon for a skin facial or a foot spa so that their skin will look glowing on their first date. They are doing this things because they are nervous that their date will not be able to like them. While there are those who likes to looks simple and natural they way they are and are not making any preparations at all.

Women in particular had their own emotions and feelings when they are having a first date. As a Pinay how about you? Do you also feel excited or nervous on your first date? Are you also doing this things before going to your first date?

I remember when my special someone and I went on a date for the first time. Well, it was not really a romantic date. We just planned to go to the mall and have dinner together. I was both nervous and excited for our first date because I haven't seen him for almost a year already, and we were never close back then. The last time I saw him was during our high school reunion. He was my high school classmate, by the way. Now, we have already been dating for almost 7 months, and I still feel excited whenever we would have a date. :)

This was a long time ago but I still remember that my hands were sweaty and I seem to lose my focus. I was not expecting anything but for a conservative woman like me, dating is big deal. I would advise the younger generation to be outgoing and sociable and treat dating as just that, a social event and nothing more.

Not really, I try to handle it like a friendly evening in my head - so I don'T get nervous.
If I keep thinking about the date itself, and the boy, and first impressions I get shaky and excited all over the place.

I was really nervous and really excited. we went to the movies to see 2012 lol... the guy flipped out because he only had 20 dollars and the tickets were 21.

I am always nervous on the first date. Regardless of if I know the person or not, it is always hard for me to adjust to the idea of being on a date. I don't even like referring to the act as a date because it makes it seem a bit more serious. I am constantly worrying about my skincare prior to the first date. I will spend tons of time doing facials, moisturizing, and making sure that my face looks great. I also spend a lot of time on making sure that I smell good. Nothings worse than meeting someone that smells terrible.
