Getting a joint bank account as av expat

My wife and I are going through the visa process and we just filed an I 130 in Manila.

The very kind lady at window 25 accepted our petition but agreed of wet had anything else to price our relationship such as a joint bank account.

How exactly does an American and Filipino get a joint bank account in the Philippines?

If you are married in the Philippines I think it is not hard to open for a joint bank account as long as you had the NSO Certified Marriage Contract and the supporting valid ids of your wife in your surname and some documents that they maybe asking. These are the things that they asked when me and my foreign husband opened a joint bank account.
