Love or Obsession?

Have you ever confused love with obsession? I wonder if anyone of you has already been through a situation before wherein you fell madly in love with a person, and you have somehow developed a fantasy, and this could already lead to some sort of an obsession.

I have actually been through a similar situation before. I really did like this guy back in college. And I found myself totally drawn to him. I would even stalk him around the campus, and I would feel kind of jealous whenever I would see him talking to other girls.

Love is a sort of obsession. Its almost like a coin if two sides.

You can ask a stalker about it - being in love or being obsessed. I know of some people who fall in love head over heels, that means they would give everything just to please their lover. However, they become so selfish and would be jealous of anyone. Being obsessed will ruin the relationship sooner or later. When I was younger, that was my feeling that when I fall in love, it should be total, absolute. However, I found out that it made me insecure the more so I had to learn the lesson of taking love like an experience and obsession is not the right thing.
